A sometimes overlooked component of Google Apps is the Sites feature, which lets you create both private and public websites without having to know a thing about programming.
Here at PRR Computers, we use internal Sites pages to keep a technical knowledge base, lists of handy links we need in the field, remote access tools, and so on.
But in combination with the Charts feature in Google Docs, you can also use Sites to embed visual displays of data in your spreadsheets. These charts can be either Live (dynamically updated as data changes) or Snapshots (data at a fixed point in time).
Once the chart is on a Site, you can then easily share the web page – within your organization or with others.
